The author, Jeff Jorvig is President of Jorvig Consulting Inc., a firm specializing in mitigating the systemic roadblocks that inhibit new product execution excellence. Jeff has been building successful new product development organizations for over 15 years. In his leadership roles he has led multiple engineering teams through work flow improvements that focused on the only result that matters – achieving business financial objectives.
